Manual assembled components
Manual Mastery, Perfect Results
Our service portfolio is not limited to metal stamping and deep-drawing parts only, but also includes manual assembled components. This includes hardware insertion into sheet metal parts such as self-clinching nuts, clinching studs, rivets or other components. We have a comprehensive stock of PEM parts and can also offer customized hardware components for your individual demand. With specialized equipment and machinery, we can achieve quick turnaround times and stable production even for big batches.
For more complex assembly operations, we have dedicated assembly lines for mechanical and electro-mechanical components. Our operators are highly experienced and work with highest attention on the completion of your products. Besides manual assembly, we can also offer additional processing technologies such as soldering, laser-engraving, pad printing or surface grinding.
The complexity of such assemblies requires a rigorous quality control and monitoring procedure during the whole assembly process. We follow specific inspection and testing cycles, to meet your desired product specification and quality.
Excellent Supplier Management
Since complex assemblies mostly consist of several different parts and materials, we have developed an extensive network of sub-suppliers over the years. Supplier development and management is a crucial part to ensure stable supply chain and material availability at any point. This allows us to source and process high quality sub-components, such as:
Zinc die-casting parts | Aluminum extrusion profiles |
Plastic injection parts | PCBAs and motors |
Wire springs and screws | Rubber components |
All incoming materials undergo strict quality inspections to ensure that no out-of-spec components enter the assembly process. This enables us to detect any defective parts at the earliest possible stage and initiate corrective actions. Besides that, all suppliers are audited frequently and pushed to performance and cost improvements.
